We will have wrestling conditioning next Tuesday 9/27 and Thursday 9/29 after school till 4 pm. Wrestlers will need workout clothes and tennis shoes. Wrestlers will meet in room 443 on the 7th grade hall after school. Students will need to be picked up at the front entrance of TMS at 4 pm(enter from Alabama st.) These are optional practices before the season starts on October 11, 2022.

Practice will start on Tuesday October 11, 2022, and be from 3-5 p.m.

We will be practicing at the Viking Wrestling Club facility at 320 Bluff City HWY (across from Blue Circle/Putt-Putt). Students will ride a bus from TMS to this location. Parents/Guardians will need to pick you up from this location. Wrestlers will be ready for pick up at 5 pm.
No prior experience is necessary. Students will compete in one of the following weight classes listed below. Athletes often worry about competing against someone bigger than themselves. This is not the case. For example, if a student weighs 110 pounds then they will wrestle in the 114 lb. weight class.
Weight classes- 81, 89, 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 141, 151, 166, 186, 206, 250
